Description Semantic Forms is an extension to MediaWiki that allows users to add, edit and query data using forms. It is heavily tied in with the Semantic MediaWiki extension, and is meant to be used for structured data that has semantic markup.

Notice: This entry only describes the use of Semantic Forms in Citizen Science projects. For technical information, refer to Semantic Forms. Purpose Semantic Forms was not designed for citizen science. It is however increasingly used to document various "cases" in research projects.
