Dear Salem, Thank you for sharing your course description and learning outcomes for this module in a very complete fashion (global context, outcomes, resources). Please find below some remarks: 1) Concerning resource n°2, https://vula.uct.ac.za/access/content/group/06e991e0-e279-41bd-8eea-e8f9b3745145/Understanding%20the%20OER%20movement/Yuan,%20MacNeill%20_%20Kraan%202008.pdf ; the text is a bit old - since 2008, many texts on OERs have been written. I would advise you to complement (or replace) it with a recent text, e.g. Adil, H.M., Ali, S., Sultan, M., Ashiq, M. and Rafiq, M. (2022), "Open education resources’ benefits and challenges in the academic world: a systematic review", Global Knowledge, Memory and Communication, Vol. ahead-of-print No. ahead-of-print. https://doi.org/10.1108/GKMC-02-2022-0049 2) In the reward section, please add links to the content and quiz. Or are you going to create these? 3) The section that I understand less is the "Evaluation criteria" one: is this evaluation that will be applied to you for this module or is it evaluation applied to future participatns of the programme you design? What is important within module 4 is that you make sure to get an understanding of Open Education, thus your evaluation criteria should focus on OER and the 6 learning outcomes that you have set, i.e. 1- Read the attached resource from UNESCO that defines open education resources. 2- Read the second attachment that discusses the challenges of open education in higher education. 3- Explore the third attachment to find different open educational resources. 4- Find an academic resource that discusses one of the following topics that we already discussed during our sessions 5- Discover and analyze one resource that interests you. 6- Produce a written, video, or audio reflection for the chosen material, and publish it online as an open educational resource. What you need to do is add what you will produce for each learning outcome (LO), e.g. for LO1, an annotation of the UNESCO recommendation; for LO2, a table listing opportunities and challenges and maybe a comment with regard to the Afghan context; etc. 4) On the form, please be attentive to consistently refer to "open educational resources" or its acrnoym "OER". Please watch some small mispelling "awarded this page" in place of "awarded this badge" ;) Also it is sometimes strange because you use "you may use" for example in "Tools for publication"... which sounds like copy-pasted. So please, adapt the text and select what you are going to do. 5) Please add a section in your page "Sources / References" and add there all the websites you got inspiration from to put together your nice piece of work. To sum up: your first draft is very complete and just needs some streamlining, welldone and looking forward to discovering your next improved version :) Best

Dear Salem, Thank you for this revamped version. I understand that what YOUR work for this module is to: i) design part of the curriculum which promotes OER and OE "by doing" in your wider project; ii) read the article by Adil et al. 2022, https://doi.org/10.1108/GKMC-02-2022-0049 , and the UNESCO 2019 OER recommendations and create 2 quiz to assess the reading of both resources; iii) create a rubric to evaluate the 3d activity, the project. If you agree with this, it would be great to add a section in your wiki page, at the very top, where you make this explicit, i.e. your learning scenario for this module. Please find below some feedback to improve your learning outputs. With regard to the quiz, here are some recommendations to finetune it: 1) Add a title to your page and name explicitly the article. 2) When you phrase the different choices, there are ways to make it more subtle, look for instance at these guides:

3) Provide feedback and not only the score; provide feedback for each question if the answer is right, give hints to go further and if it is wrong, for example send back to the page of the article where the answer is to be found. At this stage, I would advise you do some paper work design and in a second phase try to release it as an OER if you have time but it would be great to have a robust MCQ designed "on paper". Dear Salem, Thank you for your message. There is always room for additional improvement but I guess that between the 1st version and the current one, you already feel the difference. I would encourage you to publish your quiz as an OER. For example, you can use https://graasp.org/ which is an OER development plateform. Please note that this is a suggestion and you do not need to go until there. To make it very simple, you could, from Graasp Bulder, add a new item (on the right) and choose add a link and paste the link to the google doc and to the implemented quiz. More sophisticated: you could choose add new item and choose "application" and then unfold the drop down menu starting with "App URL" and choose quiz. Then you can copy-paste from your doc. When you are finished, you can choose on the top Graasp Player to see how your quiz looks like. If you want to publish your quiz with an other software as an OER, please go ahead! With regard to your page, please think of adding an extensive introduction, i.e. imagine someone surfing on the internet and arriving on your page without knowing anything about CAS DLE, your project, who you are, etc. Try to provide some title for your project, some information on your aims, who you are (e.g. a link to your linkedin page is enough), etc.

, and update the links to the quizzes. Finally, reread the entire page to make sure everything is consistent!

Salem Dear Salem, Thank you for your work and for taking the feedback into account throughout the module. Your output is really interesting because you developed a quiz for one article and the UNESCO OER recommendation and this can be the basis for your OER to grow.
