Dear Agnes, Thank you for sharing your project that I discover with interest: learners, through their OE activities, train ministry of education officials and civil actors to generate draft policy document on OE. Your work is very coherent and aligned throughout the document. The quiz I could not access and the question is pending whether you did develop them. In the rubric, what about adding some more spectific criteria regarding OER policy drafting? Also, it is an open practice to annotate in a collaborative manner, sharing the work on plateforms like https://web.hypothes.is/ and if you have enough internet connection, it might be something you would like to integrate.
