Simon Babineau is a graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art & Design (B. Media Arts) as well as Memorial University of Newfoundland (B Ed.). He has been working in the field of educational computing, particularly web development & web based learning, since 2004 and is currently employed with Desire2Learn Inc. as a multimedia developer.
