Video discussion platform

A video discussion platform provides similar functionality as forums. However, its topology may be different.

For example, FlipGrid allows creating a Grid for a classroom or community. Add a Topic to spark the discussion. Students respond with short videos and the participants engage. Control and feedback mechanisms exist.
