I am a social psychologist working at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. I earned my MA in psychology and in sociology from Trier University and my Ph.D in psychology from the University of Landau, both in Germany. In 2007, I joined the Social and Organizational Psychology area at the University of Würzburg before coming to the United States.
