Norbert Boruett worked previously for Masinde Muliro University. Before then he worked at IntraHealth international under the Funzo Project as a distance learning manager. Norbert Boruett is a technology evangelist and has been consulted to provide leadership by the following to name but a few- The use of Interactive Voice Response(IVR) to train in reproductive health a project for John Hopkins University, IntraHealth and k4Health,: case study of Kitui Level 4 Hospital and KMTC Kitui. For the same organisation- the use of What’s up in the Health timing and spacing of pregnancy: training, a study involving Brathorn, Moi University, KMTC, Outspan, Nyeri. Consulted for Lake Victoria basin commission to configure and design Kobo toolbox for Community health workers to use- a project for K4Health, Intrahealth. Training teachers on Moodle for teachers in Kenya, Rwanda and Zambia under the VVOB technical collaboration. Installation and training of skills lab in the Republic of Tanzania under the Nuffic project – Netherlands. Installation of training of Skillslab at the Zambia defence Medical college- a project of America international Health Alliance. Presented paper in conference – Ottawa medical conference and eLearning conference. Published papers on the same. Currently a PhD candidate at Moi University
