I attend public K-12 growing up in southern California in the 1980's and 1990's. I graduated with a B.S. in chemical engineering from Brigham Young University - Provo. After working in the environmental consulting business for 5 years I made a career switch into education. I have been teaching science at the high school level since 2011. I am currently enrolled in the Masters in Instructional Science and Technology (MIST) program at California State University, Monterey Bay.
