I am Audrius Meskauskas , the leader and maintainer of the Ultrastudio.org project. This project aims to collect, fix and provide free/open source educational visualizations that were written in the past a Java applets. We have over 100 such visualizations that can be launched from anywhere by following web start link to our site.

I have PhD in general biology and over 15 years of programming experience, mostly as a programming researcher in post doctoral positions in bioinformatics and system biology projects.
