Below you can find the 12 items defined by Earley and Mosakowski [1] and reproduced by John Abele (retrieved March 1 2016).

Rate the extent to which you agree with each statement, using the scale:

1=strongly disagree, 2=disagree, 3=neutral, 4=agree, 5= strongly agree
