Serena Matheson received a Master of Education in Leadership and Administration Saint Francis Xavier University in 2012, a Bachelor of Education with a focus in elementary education from the University of Prince Edward Island, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Cape Breton University. Currently, Serena is on sabbatical from the Cape Breton-Victoria Regional School Board in a Master of Education in Information Technology through Memorial University of Newfoundland and Cape Breton University.
