- Web-Based Training (WBT) is a form of Computer-Based Training
- It also is defined as E-Instruction
History
- The first Web-based system was WEST developed at University College Dubonin 1994 and presented during the[First International Conference on the the World-Wide Web]. It later evolved into the high-end commercial product [TopClass] System that is still sold. WEST back then contained allready most of the features of a typical Learning Management System
