What's interesting is that users have not to check a lot of websites searching for updates. A news feed aggregator is a site where the user retrieves information of his preferred websites.

The main advantage is to build a personal newspaper and to gain a lot of time. An old paradigm is included in this new way to reach the information, that is pulled instead of pushed for example with email.

The user can organize its subscribtions: group feeds into folders, delete, move, export in an OPML format (to share its subscriptions with others)...
