JOSE DUTRA DE OLIVEIRA NETO is a full time associate professor of Information Systems at USP – University of São Paulo – Electronic Engineer, Master Degree in Electronic Engineering (UNICAMP- Brazil) and Ph.D. in Controller and Accountancy (USP- Brazil). Visiting scholar at college of Education at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign- US. His recent research focuses on the use of Information system, Learning Technology,OER, and Distance Learning.
