C.G. McNeil, BSc (Biology), BEd (Elem, Math), MEd (Leadership), is a teaching vice-principal from Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, Canada and is presently enrolled as a graduate student in the Masters of Education in Information Technology at Memorial University of Newfoundland.
