Travels with Music - Series 1
Travels with Music - Series 1 is an interactive computer adventure that explores 15 unique musical cultures of the world. Countries represented include: Indonesia, Philippines, India, China, Israel, Pakistan, Morocco, Senegal, Nigeria, Trinidad, Peru, Bulgaria, and the U.S.A.
Master musicians from each region guide the user through instrument demonstrations, stories, history, videos, live performances, and games. The program is currently in use by classrooms from K-12 worldwide, integrated into a variety of subject areas.
Travels with Music - Series 1 was created by Listen for Life, a global non-profit music foundation created by Donna Stoering in 1998.
