What's interesting is the fact that the users have not to check a lot of websites searching for updates. A news feed agregator creates a unique space in which the user retrieves all the information from all its preferred websites.
 
The main advantage is to build a personal newspaper and to gain a lot of time. An old paradigm is included in this ''new'' way to reach the information, that is ''pulled'' instead of ''pushed'' for example with email.
 
The user can organize its subscribtions: group feeds into folders, delete, move, export in [[:Wikipedia:OPML]] format.
