Leslie Davis is presently the English Department Head Teacher at Sino-Canada School, a certified British Columbia offshore school just outside Shanghai. Previous to her 10 years of teaching at the school in China, Leslie also taught for the Kanagawa Prefectural Board of Education in Japan. It has been this 20+years experience of teaching and travelling in Asia that has helped her focus on second language learning issues in her pursuit of the Masters of Education in Information Technology from Memorial University of Newfoundland in Canada. Leslie received Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education degrees from the University of Victoria.

Leslie credits much of her graduate coursework for the influence it has had in the integration of technology at her school in China: "We are in our second year of using the learning management system Moodle at Sino-Canada, and my studies have played a significant role in its acceptance among our faculty and student body."
