Hello & Bonjour,
I am a visitor to Edutech--someone curious about what is going on here. I am also a professor of educational psychology at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada. If you want to learn more about me, see my [CV here].
My main experience with open-source textbooks is via [Wikibooks], where I have done a lot of the writing for a textbook called [Contemporary Educational Psychology].
I am especially interested in ways of making Wiki technologies become more truly collaborative, and not simply an alternative to a free posting or blog service.... :-)
