=== 3- List of technical and non-technical skills ===
To successfully design and build an innovative communication device in a fablab setting, participants should possess a diverse set of skills. The technical skills are applied in a variety of practical situations, from creating prototypes, to software development, the automating production processes, to test and secure projects in the digital fabrication community.
The non-technical skills listed complement technical skills and are essential for improving the technical performance of actors. These skills are essential for effectively navigating complex digital projects, such as building an innovative communications device, where teamwork and collaboration are crucial to success. '''In bold you'll find the skills that you have already mentioned.'''

Project Title 1: Design and buil the communications device of the future in your FABLAB

Laurent Prototyping, Digital critical thinking, Problem solving Trainer, Instructor, Technical support, Interface developer Share my ideas and knowledge on the subject; Participate in and contribute to discussions on the subject
Frank Programming and software development, Communication Engineer, Interface developer Discovering and learning with others; Gaining visibility

Laurent Design a device that meets some goals: lowtech, respect privacy, inclusive, reparaible (Laurent)

Our values are Transparency, inclusivity, sustainability (Laurent) Design a communication device that can be trusted by anyone anywhere (Laurent) Design a device that implies low budget, low tech sustainability (Laurent)

Laurent et Franck Our goal in that projet is to design and develop a low-cost, trusted communication device that embodies principles of sustainability and inclusivity through:
  • Low-tech, repairable architecture
  • Privacy-respecting features
  • Transparent design and operation
  • Universal accessibility regardless of user location or technical expertise
  • Minimal environmental impact in production and use

Étape 3: Liste des activités et actions

(Il s'agit ici de dresser, dans la section prévue sur Etherpad, une liste d'activités et actions à entreprendre pour atteindre qui permettront d'atteindre les ciblés)

Laurent Franck
Survey people to know their expectations (Laurent) Protype

Design

Assembly

Prototype the solution(s) and evaluate it (Laurent)
Brainstorm (Laurent)

Étape 4 : Liste des ressources et environnements collaboratifs pour le projet

Exemple : A blended work environment will offer more flexibility and allow us to access resources, tools, and information from anywhere and reducing barriers.

When collaboratively working on the same textual document we will use one of these platform (Dropbox, Teams or Google Drive). This will be areas for documentation and archiving data and areas for sharing informationies; sharing learning; knowledge etc.

But to brainstorm, design, build and evaluate the project it will need to physically meet, if we are not far to each other.

The goal is to be open to flexibility and sharing

Étape 5 Mise en œuvre

Exemple : To carry out this project we will need a project manager and a community builder. These people must be able to help catalyse discussions; organise social gatherings; connect people and increase connections or collaborations; propose new opportunities; make sure they keep track of exchanges; share or relay information.
