- Barrier method :
1. Chemical barrier, because of spermicides 2. Physical barrier, because does not allow the sperm to pass

- Condoms are usually made of latex or polyurethane
- It's not clear whether latex or polyurethane condoms are stronger. With both types however, the percentage of breakages is very small -> if used correctly

- The lubrication on condoms makes the condom easier to put on and more comfortable to use. It can also help prevent condom breakage
